Refund policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, refunds and exchanges.

We make custom products and for this reason, this type of item cannot be returned. Once you have received your order, please inspect it, if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, get in touch with us immediately at info@magnetographicz.com to resolve any questions or concerns and we will evaluate the issue, if there are any mistakes on our part, we will resolve it.

Refunds are not available for customer address errors.

If you need to update your shipping information because you put in the wrong delivery address, please contact us by email as soon as possible. We will be able to update your information if your order  has not been shipped yet.
